Itinerary

  • Day 1 – Chandigarh – Shimla

    Arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport and drive to Shimla. Explore town including Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Lakkar Bazaar. Optional visit to Jakhu Temple. Dinner & Overnight in Shimla.

  • Day 2 – Shimla – Sarahan – Sangla – Chitkul

    Visit Bhima Kali Temple, Sarahan, Batseri village, Kamru Fort, and Chitkul – the last Indian village. Dinner & Overnight in Sangla.

  • Day 3 – Sangla – Kalpa – Nako

    Drive through Reckong Peo, Kalpa village, and continue through Hindustan-Tibet Highway via Pooh to reach Nako. Dinner & Overnight in Nako.

  • Day 4 – Nako – Tabo – Dhankar

    Visit Gue village (mummy monastery), Tabo Monastery (UNESCO heritage site), and Dhankar Gompa. Optional hike to Dhankar Lake. Dinner & Overnight in Dhankar.

  • Day 5 – Dhankar – Lalung – Demul – Kaza

    Visit Lalung (Buddha effigy), explore Demul village, and arrive in Kaza. Dinner & Overnight in Kaza.

  • Day 6 – Kaza – Komik – Langza – Kaza

    Explore Komik (highest village), visit Langza for fossils and ancient temples. Dinner & Overnight in Kaza.

  • Day 7 – Kaza – Ki – Tashigang – Chicham – Kibber

    Visit Ki Monastery, Tashigang, Gette, Chicham bridge, and settle in Kibber. Dinner & Overnight in Kibber.

  • Day 8 – Kibber – Losar – Kunzum La – Chandratal

    Drive through Kunzum Pass to reach the beautiful crescent-shaped Chandratal Lake. Dinner & Overnight at camp in Chandratal.

  • Day 9 – Chandratal – Batal – Chattru – Rohtang – Manali

    Scenic drive through Lahaul valley, stop at Batal and Chatru, cross Rohtang Pass and reach Manali. Dinner & Overnight in Manali.

  • Day 10 – Manali – Chandigarh

    Post breakfast, drive to Chandigarh and drop at Railway Station / Airport for onward journey.
